Well recently, as some of you know from the forum, I began a funding campaign for a fellow member here, Jetmir, and as I was researching crowd funding I was amazed by how many campaigns for GPA patients I discovered. Now one really stood out, and I was really inspired by this man’s story.
His name is David Cosner, he is from Texas, and was diagnosed in 2006 at the age of 17. He has had around 215 surgeries, been in 10+ day comas, learned to walk again two times, and has had two thirds of his right lung removed.
He is 27 now, finished college, and I read about him being a pro bass fisherman, I attached an article.
I see the success he had with donations, and you can really see the generosity. I do hope those types of people see Jetmir’s https://www.gofundme.com/jetmir-medical-fund website and are touched to donate also.
Just when I thought I had it bad…someone one needed my help….
