Maybe old news for some but new to me....
Today I came across an article on the Vagus Nerve and the Inflammatory Response. Very interesting reading as it seems they have found that a low tone vagus nerve is found in people with autoimmune diseases. By stimulating the vagus nerve with electrodes and a battery implanted under the skin, doctors have had very successful outcomes on trials with patient with severe Rheumatoid Athritis. Still early days with the research but they say that the treatment should help all people with inflammatory autoimmune disease.....that must include weggies.
Anyway, if interested to read further just google Vagus Nerve and the Inflammatory Response...lots of articles on it
