Rituxan & tireness

Hi,

I've had two doses of Rituxan, a week apart from each other and I'll be getting my third on Monday. I'm also tapering down on the predisone so now I'm on 10mg. Does Rituxan make you feel very tired? I'm not sure if it's a side effect of the Rituxan or the tapering of the predisone. I did see my doctor yesterday & he feels it could just be the Rituxan. Has any one experienced tiredness during treatment?

I had my first one yesterday and im extremely tired today. And i know that when i change (lower) my pred dose, it takes me a few days to get a normal rythym again.

I am a little more tired than usual for a day or two after getting rtx. It's not debilitating though.

The day of the infusion the steroid IV gets me pretty pumped up but a day or 2 arter the infusions i feel the need to take a nap and do tend to get tired as well
