this treatment for MS entails destroying the immune system with chemo then introducing a new immune system obtained from stem cells.it's like reformatting your computer after getting a virus.maybe at some point in the future after more research and tests it could be used for other auto-immune diseases such as GPA.

I know someone that went through this therapy in Singapore. Been quite an experience. Far from easy and far from cheap - it's not a therapy available in Australia so participants from here at least have to pay $100k+ for the treatment regime. It's a long, long road of infection, pain, isolation wards and vomit (lots of that). Takes about a year or so (as has in the case referred to in the video) to know whether the treatment has worked and how well. If it was me in that position though, I'd be doing it.
