When I was really sick with WG my cholesterol went right up to 7.5. I decided not to go on medication and it's now down to 3.5.All I have done is to to take 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk about every second day and 2 fish oil tablets. I really can't attribute it going down so low to anything else as I've always sat on about 5.5. I really haven't changed my eating patterns. Butter not marg but plenty of fish and vegies. Carol
