Here is a case study of using rituxan for weg's with GI bleeding.
Many with ulcers and internal bleeding that have vascuitis is probably due to the vasculitis, but drs don't know this.
My mom has an internal bleed that they couldn't find because they scoped her with a hemoglobin of 7 and 8.
Hemoglobin needs to be >10 to find the bleeds with the scopes.
My mom is nearing the 4th month mark from first Rtx and hoping her GI bleed resolves when she reaches remission.

thanks for the information.. I know I have tummy issues too but did not know that about the rituxan. Will keep this in mind and watch my labs a little closer. Thanks!
