Anybody have silicone treatment?

My daughter's ENT spoke with her today about receiving silicone to address the hole in her nose which is getting larger. The hole makes breathing difficult at times and heachaches are increasing. Still no response from the rituxan but her last drip was only a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway,please let me know if anyone has had experience with the silicone.
