have ENT apt and ct results

The great news is that the lung nodes or whatever you call them are gone. Cannot believe they are gone so happy about that. My pulmonary worried about the bleeding from nose. Have ENT apt tues ( she is so good about getting apts) It is only in one nostril and goes away for a few days and tonight was back worse then ever. I was cooking dinner and anytime around steamy stuff well I will know more Tues. Hoping it isn't GPA because nodes gone in lung how could it be that
