It was a recipe for israeli salad with parsley on the Yummly website. It was funny how it popped up this week after our discussion. I use my iPhone for this forum so not sure how to upload a better pic.

Thanks for remembering Alysia. You guys were in my heart giving me support and I walked in her office with confidence. I asked all my questions and if I saw she was losing patience I was able to deal with it straight on! I realized that it's also me-I find it hard to accept what is being told to me-as if a magic pill will make it all go away and no one is writing the prescription for it. I'm dealing with it better as time goes on and accepting my new normal. Really appreciate your support!! 💜
