I don't know if anyone has heard of this or not. They help patients with rare diseases voice their opinions through surveys and interviews to improve medical products and services. It's for patients and/or caregivers. In exchange for your help and opinions you earn rewards. I just got a $10 gift card to dunkin'donuts for signing up. There are other choices besides DD. That's just what I chose. If interested it only takes a few minutes to sign up and it will allow our collective voices to be heard.

If you are so inclined you can indicate that I'm the one that referred you. My last name is Yarbrough. We need to be heard.

I got my gift card in about 4 days in my email. So check spam folder occasionally. Although surprisingly my didn't go to the spam folder. Mine was sent from Dunkin' Donuts because that was the one I chose, so it will be sent from whatever company you chose.
