Anca test

I received my daughter's ANCA tests today. She was positive P-ANCA, negative C-ANCA. Does this rule out wegener's?

Nope, but a negative c-ANCA is an optimistic sign.

Like Don said, that does not rule out Wegener's. ANCA tests alone cannot make a diagnosis.
