Nasal Septal treatment

Anyone using anything to help with nasal septum perforation - saline isnt working that great...need to keep the inflammation and infections down...down...down...

I've been using Ocean saline, but it wasn't that great, especially in allergy season. Have done the Neti pot, Neil Med rinse, and now am using the Alkalol rinse...I like it better than the others and has done very well during our high allergen season right now.
