Have you had any other recent traumas? I just had numerous teeth removed and the old bod reacted with right side nose bleeds, some clotting (sinuses were destroyed by WG)...it's clearing up after about 3 weeks now. Mayo and I decided after some discussion that it was a reaction to the stress of the removals...not the WG as my numbers were normal.

That's terrible Susan and so scary for you.:crying:

I hope Phil has pointed you in the right direction of the best WG doctors, and if not, why not Phil?

I'm guessing that it is a full blown flare and they will up your pred and possible change you from MTX as it may not be working

Best of luck at your appointment next week - but if you feel worse, please don't hesitate and get to the ER

No trauma, a lot of stress, nothing physical.

Thank you, I think flare too. I was doing so great, rheummy called me his wegs poster child. I have had stress and I guess ran me down, not sure. :(

My docs are great. The ENT I see this week diagnosed me and sent me to rheummy. He is known for dx Wegs of sinus. Marc Rosen, ENT Jefferson University Hospital.
