This should be added to sticky for info on GPA for on going reference since it has lot of numbers of research. Some rather surprising, some encouraging, and others not.

Still don't like the name GPA. All the consultants in the UK that i know won't use it although they do put it in brackets - Just time i guess :( Wegeners rules.
