EP Study

I finally saw a cardiololgist up here about my high resting heart rate. He saw the results from all of the tests from my hospital stay back in July. Every test (EKG, echo, CT, x-ray) came back normal. He is having me get another echo done and mentioned something about an EP study. I know wegs rarely affects the heart, but I was wondering if anyone has had an EP study done before and could provide some insight as to what I might experience and how the test will go. Thanks. :)

What's an EP study?

It's a study done to help doctors understand the nature of abnormal heart rhythms. Wegs seems to finally be under control, so I'm trying to get to the bottom of my mysterious chest pain and high heart rate.

Yikes, sounds like you have a very puzzling case if a Wegs doc cannot pin this down.
