Was wondering if anyone has tried this xeljanz?The ad on tv says to be taken either with methotrexate or in place of. Just curious if anyone has comments on this. Also my Dr recently changed my daily 1mg folic acid to 5mg of Leucovorin to be taken 1x a week after I take my methotrexate. Hoping it will help curb my fatigue??I just started this week but haven't seen much of a difference.Any comments?I haven't been on the forum for ages. I notice many new names. Sorry you have to be here at all but you certainly have come to the right place.

Hi Terri, my mtx dose made me nauseous and lethargic for a couple of days each time. Rheumy had me split dose in half, 12 hours apart, nausea went away. My folic acid was tripled also. Will have to look up your xeljanz.
