Dipyridamole (Persantine) anyone?

Hi all!
I want to ask you what medicine you take to decrease thrombus formation? My doc prescribed me dipyridamole (trade name: persantine) a long time ago, but now that I finally back home again from hospital I started to wonder what if I do not need it at all. btw I will ask about it my doc, but not now - we get in touch by email and I do not want to bother him with this trifle.

Hardly a trifle Savva...ask and ask and ask...the doctor is for YOU, not to be not bothered - his job is at YOUR discretion and need...only. Best of luck.

What you need depends upon your medical condition and only your doctor knows that. It is always best to know why you are taking all the meds you take cause some time this info can be crucial to your well being. Ask until you are satisfied and understand why? It should be related to some diagnosis some one has made on you or else to protect you against some known side effect of another med you taking.
