Does anyone know what to do when years of Imuran brings down your neutrophil count? I got my blood test results today and the pathologist's comments were (Neutropenia) under the WBC section. Is that for my information only or am I required to do something about it? But the thing my family doctor wanted me to do is to take vitamin B12 because my hemoglobin is low. All of this is foreign language to me.
