Hi Janet,

Is this your first ANCA test? If not, do you know what the initial result was?

Mine at diagnosis was 100 with the normal being below 20.
It is now down around the 35 mark

However, ANCA shouldn't be used as a sign as to whether the wegs dog is on the move, it is normally just used for a basis point and for initial diagnosis.

How are you feeling? Are the aches and pains getting worse? Do you feel like you have flu type symptoms?
The other blood test results should be showing change......your ESR, CRP, WBC .......normally these go up for me, when the joints and nose aren't too good.
How are the kidneys and lungs.

If you feel okay then the little doggie is probably behaving, but if you are still feeling crappy or getting worse, then you need to see your specialist and let him/her know.

I hope that you are feeling okay and the wegs dog ...... as Sangye says......is well and truly sleeping comfortably

Hi Janet,

I agree with Michelle. At the end of June, my c-ANCA was 87, but all of my other labs were within normal limits. I was feeling fine then, and, fortunately, I continue to feel good. The dog is asleep, and I hope he stays that way.
