Acetyl L-Carnitine For Neuropathy?

Haven't read but just the article headings on a PN website, but they say some people are seeing results when taking this supp. Maybe it needs to be caught before a certain point, but I bought some today and I'm gonna see. It's a little pricey, but it would be worth it.

Do you take this and for this reason?
