Hi Randy,

Welcome back. Remicade is approved for several different autoimmune conditions. I do not believe it is currently approved for treatment of Wegner's, but many drugs are used off label. My daughter used it previously for Crohn's disease for several years. As I remember, it is infused once monthly.

I hope this finds you continuing to do well!

The Remicade has worked for my WG, I have been infused every 6/8 wks for 4.5 yrs and my WG has been inactive for about 2 yrs. I was unable to take the and other meds for the WG so the remicade was my option..

Congratulations Randy. I'm reminded of the line from Mr. Mom "240,241 whatever it takes."

Anyone else here used this option or know of anyone who has used it with success?
