Everything has been going well after the saddle nose surgery until tonight. I have had a fever for the past four hours and can't seem to get it to come down. I am going to call dr office in the am. Hoping its nothing too bad.

You should always call with a fever. How high are we talking? If its over 100 I'd definitely try to see the doc ASAP.

I was told after my lobectomy that a fever may be normal but if it gets to 101 call Dr. immediately or go to ER after hours. Be sure to let the Dr. know.

While a fever can sometimes be expected after an operation, if you have anything over 100 you must get medical advice asap.
I agree with everything said. Don't let a fever get out of hand!

Spent the night getting rehydrated at the hospital and high doses of antibiotics in me for a infection. But home now. I also had my cast removed today and stiches removed. I could not of wished for anything better. I am soooooo happy. I can't stop crying in joy.
