Mentioned it a couple of months back: clear iodine.
There's an applicator in my bottle, and I just apply some to the base of my nostrils. Heard that it can thwart germs entering through the nose. Keep it in the car and apply when I'm gonna be around lots of people.
Was unsure about the flu shot but got it last week. No problems. I'm grateful!
