Ok...I think I may understand it all now...I have a nasal polyp they will most likely biopsy in May ...I may have another bronch done....I will need to complete a timeline because there is wrong info in their data and i want it corrected...as it alos may help them see the whole picture....no b cells so RTX worked...Low IGg subsets so very immunocompromised..must be cautious with any cold or flu..so I wear a mask.....hold on 20mg of prednisone and decrease to 15 mg on the 27 then in 2 weeks down to 10 mg......they want me on 10mg by the time i go back in May...My last CRP is now 2.o...so we will see.....I hope I finally get answers...Have a great day you all

Woot woot. The Masked WG Bandit returns. Good to hear they're on it. Are you a little freaked about the quick pred drop - from 15 to 10 in two weeks.... that's a little freaky... but what do I know (not much actually) Hope all goes as smooth as butta for you (the kind of butter that's been out on the counter not the one in the fridge). :wink1:

Ok saw the pulmonary doc yesterday here...she read my sleep study and even though i have mild apnea...it is mainly in REM sleep ...so since my pft from mayo does not show asthma and the bronchoscopy shows signs of WG....she feels i may benefit from CPAP..as it may keep the tissue from rubbing....and the WG specialist wants me to start an arthritis med now ....but i will call mayo on Monday and see what they say...don t want to mess up my appointments up there in May
