I have my appointment at Addenbrookes tomorrow. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Is thre anything i should be discussing with the experts while i'm there tomorrow??

I suggest you bring an organized list of symptoms and questions. It helps to organize your symptoms like "New, Worsening, Better." It gives them a good idea of the disease progression or other complications arising.

Write down your questions, too. It might help to organize them into categories like "Wegs, drugs, side effects, procedures/tests, treatment plan, communication (eg can you email your docs), etc....

Organizing like this really saves time. I can zip through my lists with Dr Seo and my other specialists and have time leftover for general questions about research, etc....

Also, include an approximate date for the onset and change (eg improving, worsening) of each symptom. They're going to ask you that, and it can be hard to remember dates when you're on the spot!

Ain't that the truth? Of all the things I lost from Wegener's disease, I miss my mind the the most.
