So I just got home from Cleveland and I got the good news that I'm in Remission. Dr. Langford said my Ctscan looked fantastic. All the nodules in my lungs are gone except one and it is really small. I stopped the Cytoxan (after 3 months of it) and started Imuran last week. So far so good. Seem to be tolerating it well. I'm down to 20mg of Pred. and will continue to taper it down. I feel really good, but am nervous about relasping. Dr. Langford said to just monitor for returning symptoms and keep gettting blood work. Any other advice from anyone?

Thanks. She said if I remain in remission for 2 years I will attempt to go off all drugs. Long way away, but I hope so.

Happy Camper Yahoo! That is music to my ears to hear that! Just monitor and keep on top of any returning symtoms ( joint pain, fatigue, more sinus/lung inf, ect). Dr Carol Langford wanted me to check my urine ( dip stick) every two weeks. So glad to hear the Imuran is working for you!
When does Dr Langford want you to have your next CT scan? Are you on Bactrim too?

I don't have any advice, you seem to be in good hands. Congratulations!
It would be nice if you stepped by, just to tell how you're doing...
