I would really like to have another child. I have one boy now who will be 4 in October. My doctor at Mayo told me last time that she would like me to be healthy for one year before getting pregnant.
I did Rituxan in May, does anybody know if there is an exact amount of time after Rituxan that one would have to wait to get pregnant?
I will listen to my doctor about waiting a year but just wondering if anything would happen to the fetus if it were sooner?

The drug data sheets for Rituxan all seem to give the same advice as your doctor.

Brooke, wait a year, because ...you need to see how you are too....I had a infant when my symptoms started ( arthritic pain, fevers, sinus) ..I was in denial, It was really hard to take care of an infant and see a whole bunch of doctors. Plus really no support system because I moved.

I had Ritix when I was pregnant, and afterwards where I breastfed. I personally, would say it's safe, but that's just little me.

Good luck!
