Interesting question.... So what all does it attack? Skin, eyes, hearing, joints, nerves? Those are very uncomfortable, but not life threatening. Lungs, kidneys, and treachea would probably be considered life threatening. Mine attacked my pit, but I can live a long time with the proper drugs. So, I guess I'd have put a check in the non-life threatening block. But there would be an asterick that says "life-shortening". :-)

Eyes, ears, sinuses, throat, nose, sternum pain. Nothing life threatening yet but the throat/airway is always a concern.

Your daughter's mpo antibodies may not affect the lungs & kidneys....mine have not.

I have bronch and trachea involvement. I don't know if that counts as lungs or not. Only in one side so I think it's not life threatening at this point really as I assume they'd take that lung if it became enough of a problem. Geez I sure hope not lol

Ears, joints and slight damage to the lungs and sinuses. So nothing life threatening as such but lungs and sinuses could be problematic as I get older or infected by anything else.

I my have Wegener's Granulomatosis and that I can't change. What I can change is how I choose to deal with it.
