Turning 50 is not so bad. I have had an awesome weekend and we set off tomorrow for the USA on my Elvis chase.
I'm sure I will find him somewhere
Before you are diagnosed, you really have no idea what is going on within your body and at some stage your brain plays tricks on you and you have so many things going through your head of what if it is this, or what if I have that. Every one of you know the story, we all know the uncertainty of whether we are going to make it or not.
I'm sad to say, that at 44 years of age, I didn't think that turning 50 was on my bucket list.
I am now looking forward to turning 60
