    I always put symptoms before blood results. My bloods have always lagged behind the way I feel.
    Better to increase the meds early and see what effect it has than wait for a crisis.

    Before my crash into the hospital ( flare/drug reaction) I felt like crap, lethargic, sinus/ears were worse and I kept thinking it was normal side effect to the imuran. Doing something about it now is better than waiting....I learned my lesson.
