I lOVE greek yogurt but not on lasagna. weird. My lasagna did have some cheese on top but usualy it has a ton of cheese. it is the cheese that turned dark brown. just a side note the lasagna was awesome. one of the better ones ive ever made

Yeah, she is intollerant to something so has to make the lasagna with different stuff. <-- i'm so knowledgable!

phil, greek yogurt is just yogurt but it is very creamy. even the light versions are so creamy. it is expensive and has more calories as well. A lot of recipies call for yogurt and if you use greek yogurt it will most likely be that much tastier.
