    I already new this, studied it in nutrition and I educated many family and friends about that and they just shrug their shoulders. My children are only allowed pop only at birthday parties...we don't go to many of those.

    Yes Im still doing Diet coke, have decreased my daily intake but not able to vanish it from my diet.
    I now have the mini cans so I dont drink so much. I know badddddd but......and I have them all.
