Talentx7, if Carter has a (+) ANCA, joint pain, sinus and kidney signs/ symptoms (even with an iffy biopsy), it's Wegs. There's nothing else that would cause that particular combo. I'm surprised at how many of us don't have the "typical" presentation. It makes me wonder how typical it is!
