Sounds a lot like what led up to my eventual diagnosis, though the time frame was only a couple of years. When it went into my lungs was when I got a diagnosis, though that was accomplished by a nasal septum biopsy. My ANCA was barely positive.

In any case, welcome to the group! I have found this to be an enjoyable part of my daily life and informative beyond anything else I have found.
