Welcome to the forum. I just wanted to say, you are headed to see some great Drs. at CC. They interview you throughly and need most of your tests to review, they will send for what they need. If you can gather and keep most of the results of your past test that's a whole lot better for you and them. They will most likely run all the major tests again, because they may not be able to use past tests results to get the whole picture,for example local hospital may have done a CT w/ contrast and they want there's w/o contrast. After trying to get treated locally and not getting the results, it was like going into a whole new world with drs who knew what to do and did it. Good luck to you!
