Just out of interest, I suck on Extra strong mints throughout the day as required to keep my passages clear. Own brand supermarket ESM work out quite cheap and are as good as the advertised brand.
Be nice to your kids, they will choose your nursing home.

LOL-- Hammy, I love your instructions (Told ya so!)

One thing to do differently, though-- don't hold your breath. Breathe out your mouth naturally as you do the sinus cleanse (whatever type). The reason is that just holding your breath increases the pressure in the sinuses, which can make it easier for fluid to get trapped. Try it just sitting there-- hold your breath and you can feel the pressure in your sinuses. You could blow up your head! Told ya so!

Thanks Natalie i am coping better because of this group...think i would be tearing my hair out without you guys on here.

And Jack is right...those of you lucky enough to not have any sinus involvement should try it...its a blast (literally)

Got a date today for my CT Scan but no Rheumy yet...bloody useless GP cant do a referral. Will ring the Rheumy myself tomorrow!!

It is important, you need to bang the table on this one and perhaps change your GP too. I'm truly shocked!

like i said i'm gonna cut her out and ring the Rheumy...I'll introduce you to her if you like.

A friend of mine had a grandad on my GP's patient list who had cancer and the GP fail to diagnose it or even send him for tests.

I'm with Jack-- you need to bang on the table. Wegs doesn't wait for anyone or anything.
