First round of Rituxan over....all positive so far

Hi Folks,
Just wanted to share my experience of rituxan for anyone else going to put on treatment.
Had first infusion (first of two) on Tuesday. Was very nervous about it. The possible side effects...coma/death...would freak anyone out. But all went very well. Whether it was the cocktail of drugs they gave me before or just me finally being able to relax, I dosed through most of the administration of the drug. Even slept through the nurses coming in every half hour to check blood pressure.
Its fours days on and the only side effect I have is a being a little tireder.
I Know many people have dreadful side effects, so I am extremely lucky.
Of course I still have the second infusion to go. But I am hopeful.

Wow, that's wonderful! Actually only a very small number of people have negative side effects. The odds are greatly in your favor.
