    Thanks for your advice folks. Saw Rhumie yesterday. He is switching me from imuran to MTX ( I have been on IMURAN as a maintenance for the past 7 years). He wants to talk to some specialist ENT before deciding between rituxan or cyclo. So looks like he is bringing out the big guns on this one.

    I think it is probably a good idea for the meds to be switched around and start from low and go high, but if the situation is critical then its the big guns all the way. Good luck Yvonnea, hopefully mtx will do the trick and you will not havve to go on cyclo.
