New Symptom?

I've been feeling quite run down for a while, with bad mouth ulcers. Inflammatory markers slightly raised, but nothing too bad.

But now, the base of my spine is tender, and there are two 'lumps' or swellings, on either side of the spine. Should I be concerned?

I also have an irritating pain in my upper arm (not joint) somewhere in between the elbow and shoulder, and it hurts to move my arm. Anyone experienced anything like this before?!

i had x ray of spine and hips yesterday because of constany pain in lower back has anyone ever told you why this might happen DEEx

wg consult suggested preds and osteoprisis all i know is it hurts !!! and i feel like a very old lille old woman :} DEE X ps with the speed of a tortoise x

itake calcium and d tablet twice a day
1500 calcium and 400 mg vit d in each tablet is that maybe not enough Sangye open to all suggestions DEEx
