one of A.J.'s first symptoms was purpura on his ears, face and chest. Once he started treatment they went away. He is now on Imuran. Blood tests look awesome! He feels good, although I've noticed he appears more tired than usual. The one thing that worries me is that the purpura has come back in the exact spots as before. I showed it to the ENT and she said since everything else looks good we shouldn't worry just yet. Thoughts?

Is the ENT A.J's specialist? It seems to me that our flares seem to be tied to our symptoms and we don't do well to ignore them, but I'd defer to someone with more experience that me of course

I am currently flaring, but at no point has my bloodwork shown anything abnormal at all. But symptoms started to pile up. If the purpura are the only symptom I'd probably just keep a close eye for any other symptoms cropping back up.
