    Default Tracheal stenosis and loss of voice with increased soa

    Ok all My Sane Weggies...I woke up this morning with my right sinus all blocked , squecky voice that i am now lossing and increased dsypnea....have call into doc to increase my pred...finally been on 20 mg for almost a month and here we go again....seems like 20 mg is just not enough right now..hoping Mayo has more answers...so should i be freaking out or just have patience...or just increase my pred myself and see what happens?

    Anxiety over these symptoms would have me seeing some doctor right now even if they didn't know what to do about it. Then I would ask that doctor to call Mayo for advice on what to do right now. Mayo might tell you to get there ASAP or speed up your appointment too if the symptoms warrant that in their book. I have had this experience two times after local doctors shared info with the specialists.

    I agree with the Drz. Need to call if you are having increased dsypnea. Do you have an inhaler?

    Still waiting on Doc to call back about increasing my pred or going in to see him...I slept 12 hours yesterday after work a feel a bit better...i took my flovent inhaler and other nebs then alot of h2o then to bed ...I don't even remember getting up to pee.....so i must have needed the rest...will keep ya all posted ...thankls for keeping me grounded....you are all the best
